Mothers Day 2011 :-/

So, here we are...first Mothers Day and my baby girl is in the hospital. The past two days she's been really lethargic and just not herself. She's usually an alert and happy baby and recently if she wasn't sleeping she was crying. She was pulling off the boob and fussing every time I fed her so she wasn't really eating either. The parts on her head that are usually soft are firmer now so I got worried and called the after hours line at the neurosurgeons office and the doctor on call told me to bring her in. We got the ER around 7pm and waited for a CT until midnight and when we got results they were still "unsure" if it was hydro or not so she was admitted. She wasn't able to eat in case she needed more tests or surgery so she went from 6pm last night to 11am today with no food :-/ They hooked her up to an IV of glucose which didn't do much for her, she was just super tired and hungry which made for a long night for both of us. Things are still uncertain so she is staying another night for observation and Dr Levy will see her in the morning, won't really know anything until then. She's able to eat now at least so I feel a lot better about that, I hated seeing her so hungry and upset. It's weird to be in the house without her, I don't like it all and all this typing about her is making me miss her so I'm gonna go to the hospital and see her lol. I'll update when something useful happens.
