Night #3

Naysa is staying another night at Childrens. She will have a CT in the morning and we will decide where to go from there. It hasn't been decided if she in fact has hydrocephalus, she is "built differently" so the usual sign of increased head size isn't really showing since it's all building up in the back of her little cone. Dr. Levy came to see her today and measured her head circumference which was about the same as it was when we saw him in clinic last week. He said depending on the CT results she will have surgery that day or wait a few more days to see if things change. Even though we were at the hospital all day we have no answers. My feeling is that she will have surgery before this week is over. She is eating good and acting more like herself, even giving smiles after she eats :) I am exhausted so sorry if this update is kind of spacey, I'm sure I'll read it tomorrow and realize it makes no sense. Time for bed!
