test results
Once again, our little fighter won :) The swallow test went wonderfully! Mom and I got to actually go back and watch them do it which was cool. They put some white chalky contrast in her milk and held an xray machine to get her profile. We stood in the back and watched her little skeleton suck down the milk, I wish I would have taped a little of it, it was pretty cool. It took all of 5 mins and things looked great! Milk was going down the throat and to her tummy just like it's supposed to :) Dad and I went back later so he could visit with her and she greeted him a poop face and the hiccups, haha. It's so sweet to see everyone just melt around her, you can't help but smile and be amazed when you look into her angel face. I can't even think about her or talk about her for a long time without tearing up! It's just amazing how much you can love someone you've only really known for 6 days! We have a conference tomorrow at 230 with the doctors that have been working with Naysa to go over the EEG results and talk more about the head ultrasound, etc. Still holding out hope she'll be home this week!
