Naysa continues to amaze everyone with her progress. She eats well, sleeps well and is such a happy baby you would never know just a few short days ago she underwent surgery and recovery. She is completely off the IV! She hasn't had antibiotics since right after surgery so her little body is doing great keeping infection away and healing her nice. The neurosurgeon came in today and removed her dressing and applied some antibiotic gel to her stitches, he was very pleased with the way she was healing :) They have been measuring her head and so far so good! There hasn't been a rapid increase in growth which means signs of hydrocephalus are no where to be found. She has a head ultrasound tomorrow sometime so I will be impatiently waiting those results. We are hoping if all goes well with that she will come home Tuesday or Wednesday :D
