Post Op with Dr. O'Halloran

Yesterday was Naysa's post-op check up with our pediatric neuro-ophthalmologist and it couldn't have gone better :) Nay was smiling after everything he said, I guess she liked his Irish accent! He said he is very pleased with both the surgical and visual outcome, a lot of his patients who get this surgery are only fixed cosmetically and come out with straighter eyes but our little bug even has improved vision! She squints in the sun and at bright lights now, which she wasn't doing at all before. Dr. O'Halloran said she will likely need the surgery again but not anytime soon which is a big relief because she has an even bigger procedure coming up soon with Dr. Levy! We had a great week with Mimi and Papa, she definitely doesn't mind extra attention :) My mom's bestie she hadn't seen in 7 years was able to come down this weekend and surprise her so that was fun and even less work for me and Ben with three extra people to watch the bug! ;) Well I hear my little spawn awakening from her morning nap so off I go!
