more progress :)

I can't believe it's already been two days since Naysa arrived! She is doing unbelievably well and I have never felt so blessed in my life. Every time I think about her or look at her little face my heart just skips a beat. I am completely overwhelmed with emotion. I spent majority of the the late morning with her in the NICU. As mom and I were walking in to wash hands her nurse came out and told us they were taking her off the ventilator! We waited out in the hall until they took her off and made sure she was stable again. Her little face was red when we first walked in since she wasn't very happy with the doctors, but her color looks great and she is an active little seed :) They weighed her after surgery and she is now 6lb, 11 oz..that was a pretty heavy cele! I am so happy they removed it and made her more comfortable. She will finally get to eat tonight at either 8pm or 11pm, depending on when the neonatalogist can get in to see her. Benjamin and I will be heading down there around 8pm for parents only visiting hours and I will finally be able to hold her!! :D The pumping is going well and I feel so accomplished with every bottle I get to her. So far things are wonderful, thank you all for your prayers and support, things would be a lot harder without them!
