San Diego

Well, we are back in San Diego after a little over a year of being out of the states all together. It wasn't as much as a culture shock as I expected and I must say, I miss Japan. The flight over wasn't all that great, I had a kid behind me whose mother let her do whatever she wanted, including kick my seat so I finally had to turn around and say something. My back hurt something terrible and I wasn't in one position longer than 10 mins before having to adjust again. We finally got off the plane and met up with Amber and Liz at baggage claim which was amazing, I missed them more than I thought! On the way back to Amber's we stopped at Chickfila for a much needed chicken sandwich. We all slept in pretty late this morning then did a little grocery shopping then came back to the house and made dinner. The boys got out the beer and video games while us girls hung out then we all played a board game called loaded questions which was pretty entertaining. Monday we will go check in with the med evac office and hopefully get some information on where we will be staying these next few months. Naysa's first appointment is the 15th for a fetal echo so I will definitely be updating on that but not too much until then. Thank you for the continued love, support and prayers. We will be needing them more than ever these next few months.
