HUMS approval
Well, it took about two months but the HUMS (Humanitarian transfer) paperwork is FINALLY done! This means we are officially PCSing (moving) back to San Diego and they are now working on orders. We need hard copy orders so Ben can get back to work, we can get BAH (basic housing allowance) and get our own place. There's no telling how long that will take but at least it's in the process I guess. I just hope they get it done by the end of the month so we can move and semi get things ready and stable for Naysa. We found a nice 3 bedroom townhouse that we like so we will more than likely take that. It will also be better so we can get a nice air mattress and maybe borrow Amber's extra mattress for when the grands come out for her birth and have a place to stay. We'll still be waiting on our furniture but we'll have beds, a dining table and internet so that should tide us over for a few weeks-a month before our stuff gets here.
